Orbit: Delivery is free inside our service area. Farther out, a fee may apply. Enter your city and zip at checkout and the cart calculates it, along with any minimum order for your city.
2Is setup time part of my rental hours?
Orbit: No. We arrive early to set up, generally 1 to 3 hours before your rental starts, so you get the entire rental time to play.
3Is sales tax in the number you quoted?
Orbit: Our listed prices do not include sales tax. It is added at checkout, so ask every company the same question.
4What does an extra hour cost?
Orbit: Each additional hour is $25. Overnight is 50% more than the listed price.

Do I need a generator for a park party?
Yes. Most parks have no usable power or do not allow use of their outlets, so you need a generator. You must rent it from Orbit. It is $120.00 with gas included for 4 hours. Most parks also require a park certificate from Orbit's insurance company.
How early do you set up, and does it count against my rental time?
We generally arrive 1 to 3 hours before your rental starts. On busy days it can be up to 4 hours, and we call the day before to confirm someone will be at the party location. Setup time is never counted in your rental hours.
Are prices listed with sales tax?
No. Listed prices do not include sales tax.
