Please note that every individual or company renting from us will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to set-up. The lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation, and are fully responsible for the operation after receiving the unit. Lessor is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or to any persons using the leased units or equipment or any damage to any personal property.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Location of set up?” open=”no”]The best place for set up would be a level grassy area. All moonwalks are anchored down. If you need to set up on concrete please let us know and we will supply sandbags . Make sure there are no sprinkler lines or utilities close to the perimeter of the moonwalk site. Please do not run sprinklers or mow lawn the same day in the set up area. Please make sure the set up area is clear of any waste/debris/pet dropping prior to our arrival. It would not be safe for your children. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior to delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should cancel the rental and reschedule your event. If we setup the unit, and the weather later turns inclement (rain or higher winds), we will pick up the unit according to schedule. However, in this event, no refund will be given.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Are your units clean?” open=”no”]All of our units are cleaned and checked before and after each rental. Every unit is in new/excellent condition.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”How much space do I need? ” open=”no”]Please view the inflatable dimensions to indicate how much space you will need. The area should be flat, free of debris, glass, pet waste, rocks, and sprinkler systems.

We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors. Each Unit will require 20 feet of overhead clearance from power lines and tree branches. You will also need 3-5ft of clearance around the perimeter of the bounce house.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”What type of power is needed for an inflatable?” open=”no”]We need a standard 3 prong outlet to be within a hundred feet of the unit. We will supply the power cords. If the party is at a park or the outlet is not within reach then we can supply a generator for a $55 charge.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”What are your safety rules?” open=”no”]

  1. Always have adult supervision present.
  1. Children must remove their shoes prior to entering the unit.
  1. No horseplay or flips.
  1. Absolutely NO gum, food, drinks, candy or silly string in the unit. These items, especially silly string, are very harmful to the vinyl. Violation of this rule can result in additional charges for cleaning.
  1. Keep smaller children out of the unit when older children are jumping. Allow a separate time for just the small children to participate and enjoy the fun.
  1. Do not move the unit from the set up location for any reason.
  1. Do not use near water, fireworks, or silly string.
